This CD has a simple goal that it executes well: Goleman includes a body scan meditation, a walking meditation, a breathing meditation, and finally a general mindfulness meditation. This makes the book useful for people seeking mindfulness for several different reasons, and listeners might even find a benefit of mindfulness that they did not know they needed.
